Yoga Classes

Sept 5 – Sept 28 Tuesdays & Thursdays
$95 for 8 Classes

PRE-REGISTRATION RECOMMENDED

• No refund for no-shows make up available on Fridays.
• $30 per class For drop-ins – Walk-Ins welcome if there are available spots.

COMING TO CLASS

• Studios will open 30 min prior to class and close 10 min after class. This will allow enough time to properly clean, disinfect and ventilate between each class.
• Bring your own gear. NO RENTALS, NO PROPS 
• Check-in at the desk.
• Respect social distancing throughout the studio.
• No changing room so arrive ready to practice.
• Bring only the strict minimum with you to the studio.
• Phones must be TURNED OFF.

Table Tennis

Tuesdays & Thursdays
30min Table Reservation – $15 

Weekly Leagues:
The leagues will take place on Thursdays starting at 7pm for $10 per person. In order to sign-up for each league, you must make an account on the PingPod Website or iOS app (Android app coming soon), click on the “Community” tab, and sign-up. To participate, you must sign up and pay online before each league night.

Tournaments:
USATT sanctioned tournaments October! Tournament entry fees will vary between $15-$25 per person per event depending on the event level. 

You will need to become a USATT member in order to participate in the tournaments.  To sign up for USATT membership, go to https://www.teamusa.org/usa-table-tennis/membership/benefits.  The basic membership is only $25/year.
